Vibrometry and balancing:

Aim:
Consideringh all parameters that can be measured, the vibration signal holds the biggest number of information. It not only only supplies information on the seriousness of a problem, but also underlines its possible cause. Whatever is the cause, the arising of a anomalous vibration in regular servicing equipment, shows, without any doubt, a warning.

Applicability:
The vibrometric analysis is possible for both synchronous and asynchronous electrical rotating equipments.

Detectable anomalies:
Mechanical defects as lack of balance, misalignment, defective electronical motors, vibrations due to forces produced by liquids, mechanical release, defected or worn bearings, defected gears. Often it is possible to have more than one defect at the same time. Thus the spectra must be detected nd analyzed carefully to identify the most inmportant problem.
